[Invest&Law] Klase Han-gyeol Signs Legal Advisory MOU with Korea Major Accident Prevention Association

View original imageOn the 20th, law firm Class Han-gyeol (representative lawyers Byeong-yong An and Sik An) announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Serious Accident Prevention Association (President Sang-min Jeong) to strengthen legal consultation and prevention of serious accidents. The purpose of this agreement is to reduce the legal burden on small businesses and establish a legal support system to protect workers' safety and rights.
The Korea Serious Accident Prevention Association is an organization established to protect workers' safety in workplaces including small and medium-sized enterprises, providing education, information, insurance benefits, and legal support.
At the signing ceremony, Class Han-gyeol's representative lawyers Byeong-yong An and Sik An, as well as President Sang-min Jeong and other officials attended. Representative lawyer Byeong-yong An stated, "Legal support for the prevention and response to serious accidents is essential," adding, "We will cooperate with the association to support employers' legal responsibilities and contribute to creating a safe working environment." President Sang-min Jeong said, "We will strengthen the legal and institutional foundation to secure the safety of workers, including those in small businesses."
Through this agreement, both parties plan to jointly promote ▲ provision of legal consultation services on serious accidents ▲ industrial accident prevention education ▲ provision of trends and information related to serious accidents and relevant laws ▲ campaigns to spread a safety culture.
Class Han-gyeol and the association intend to provide customized services so that small businesses can effectively respond to the Serious Accident Punishment Act and the Industrial Safety and Health Act, and to build a long-term cooperative relationship.
