With this order, Samsung Heavy Industries' LNG carrier order backlog reached 84 vessels, totaling 19.1 billion USD (27.8 trillion KRW). A company official stated, "This year, we plan to continue securing orders focused on eco-friendly ships such as LNG carriers and ammonia carriers, as well as high value-added offshore projects."
