Experience Toyota's Manufacturing Innovation... Hankyung Association Recruiting Participants for Japan Training Program
Expanded to Five Sessions This Year
The International Business Institute affiliated with the Korea Economic Association announced on the 20th that it is recruiting participants for this year's "Japan Manufacturing Site Innovation (TPS) Training." This program, which was successfully operated last year, will be expanded to a total of five sessions this year.
TPS (Toyota Production System) is Toyota's management innovation technique aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs. Participants visit manufacturing sites in Japan to learn about TPS application cases and gain insights to apply in their own work.
This training is conducted with both executives and field practitioners participating together to share their perspectives and experiences. It is also used as an incentive tour for outstanding employees and as advanced training for executives, leading to steadily increasing corporate demand.
Training programs on various topics such as IT, Fintech, and ESG in Japan are also being offered. Customized exclusive training is available as well.
Applications can be made through the International Business Institute's website or by phone.
