[2nd Report] Corruption Investigation Office Files Arrest Warrant for President Yoon on 'Rebellion Charges'
The High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Agency filed an arrest warrant on the 17th against President Yoon Seok-yeol, who is accused of leading a rebellion.
This is the first time in constitutional history that an arrest warrant has been filed against a sitting president.
The agency announced on the same day, "This afternoon, an arrest warrant for suspect Yoon Seok-yeol was filed with the Seoul Western District Court."

After President Yoon did not respond to three summonses, the agency obtained an arrest warrant from the Western District Court and arrested President Yoon at the presidential residence in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the 15th.
