The special lecture, held on the 15th in Lecture Room 9207 at the International Building, was organized to help international students improve their Korean language skills and prepare for the TOPIK exam.
The contents of the lecture included ▲analysis of TOPIK exam topics and question types ▲effective study methods and useful tips ▲guidelines for writing answers and time management during the exam, all of which provided practical information for TOPIK test-takers. In particular, the lecture offered in-depth strategies not only for Korean vocabulary and grammar but also for approaching the actual test strategically.
Xu Tianyu, a master's student in the Department of Business Administration who participated in the special lecture, said, "I felt a lot of pressure about the exam, but thanks to the know-how I learned in this lecture, I gained confidence."
Joo Inyoung, Head of the International Student Support Office, said, "I hope this special lecture will help students prepare well for the TOPIK exam and provide an opportunity to improve their academic achievement."
