Paju-si Opens 38 Public Parking Lots Free of Charge During Lunar New Year Holiday
Free Parking for Four Days from the 27th to the 30th
Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced on the 16th that it will open 38 paid public parking lots for free to provide traffic convenience to citizens and returning visitors during the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday.
Paju City plans to open a total of 19 off-street parking lots and 19 on-street parking lots for free for four days from the 27th to the 30th, including traditional market public parking lots (Geumchon, Munsan, Gwangtan).
In addition, to ensure convenient use of parking facilities during the holiday period, on-duty personnel will be assigned throughout the holiday to maintain an emergency communication system with related agencies such as the police station and fire station, respond to parking complaints, and prepare for emergency situations.
