Home&Shopping Showcased 132 Products 'Swiftly' Last Year
Home&Shopping announced on the 16th that it showcased 132 products last year through the 'Ilsacheonri (一社千里)' program to expand sales channels for local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Ilsacheonri project is a customized support program prepared by Home&Shopping for the growth of SMEs. Experts provide one-on-one mentoring throughout the entire process, from product planning to production, quality control, and marketing. They also transfer home shopping broadcasting know-how to help SMEs successfully establish themselves in the market.
Products such as ‘Yorit Powdered Broth’ and ‘Onjehyangga Rice’, which received positive responses in Ilsacheonri, were switched from SME support broadcasts to general broadcasts, yielding tangible results. In the case of Yorit Powdered Broth, a single broadcast achieved orders worth 100 million KRW, and freeze-dried vegetable products generated 98 million KRW in orders per broadcast, becoming a major topic.
Home&Shopping explained that the success factor was selecting products through consultations with product planners (MD) and collaboration with regional committees, reflecting both fairness and consumer preferences simultaneously.
This year, broadcasts of ‘Haepungmyeongga Kodari’, ‘Allkuni Market Redhyang’, ‘Jangsaengginon Myeongran’, ‘Yeongdo Special Yeongdo Bansi Gotgam’, ‘Hwangto Haenam Sweet Potato’, ‘Kim Jeongbae Master Myeongran’, and ‘Yanggu Premium Siraegi’ are scheduled to be switched to general broadcasts. Starting with these, Home&Shopping will accelerate SME incubating efforts and do its best to discover companies so that more products can be transitioned to general broadcasts.
