Fire at Hadong Detached House... 70s Couple Burned, 1 Dead

View original imageA fire broke out around 12:50 PM on the 15th at a detached house in Geumseong-myeon, Hadong-gun, Gyeongnam.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters, a man in his 70s, Mr. A, who lived in the house, was transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest with third-degree burns but ultimately passed away.
A woman in her 70s, Ms. B, suffered first- to second-degree burns and was also transported, but her life is not believed to be in danger.
The fire was completely extinguished by the responding firefighters around 2:29 PM.
