Hwaseong City to Hold Public Hearing on '2040 Environmental Plan' for Carbon Neutrality on the 22nd
Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province will hold a public hearing on the establishment of the "Hwaseong City Environmental Plan (2023~2040)" at the Hwaseong City Hall auditorium on the 22nd.
The Hwaseong City Environmental Plan is the highest-level statutory plan in the environmental sector established by local governments in accordance with the environmental plans of the Ministry of Environment and Gyeonggi Province. This plan will include a long-term and systematic strategy reflecting the regional characteristics of Hwaseong City.
At the public hearing, the city will explain ▲ current environmental status and outlook on changing conditions ▲ results of environmental awareness surveys and opinion collection ▲ conceptualization of spatial environmental structure ▲ establishment of sector-specific plans, and will listen to panel discussions and citizens' opinions.
