Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province (Governor Seo Tae-won) announced on the 14th that from this year, the public late-night pharmacy has been newly designated as Bomyung Pharmacy and will operate year-round to alleviate the inconvenience of local residents purchasing medicines during late-night hours.

View original imageThe public late-night pharmacy operates daily from 10 PM to 1 AM the next day, and it is characterized by minimizing side effects of medicines through pharmacists' medication guidance. In particular, it allows residents to purchase medicines during late-night hours and holidays, resulting in high satisfaction among local residents.
Gapyeong-gun has been operating the public late-night pharmacy since 2022, and last year, with about 900 cases of usage, it was found to have greatly helped local residents.
From this year, Bomyung Pharmacy will be responsible for operating 365 days a year, providing more stable services to residents who experience inconvenience purchasing medicines during late-night hours.
