Recruitment of Regular Education Students at Yongin-si Suji Lifelong Learning Center

Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province will recruit students for the '58th Regular Education Program' at the Yongin Lifelong Learning Center (Suji) from the 14th to the 16th.
The education program includes a total of 68 courses: 12 in cooking such as 'Rice Cakes and Korean Desserts,' 3 in hair and beauty such as 'Home Haircut and Perm,' 8 in practical skills such as 'Practical Clothing and Patterns,' 3 in informatization such as 'Beginner Computer Use,' 12 in humanities and liberal arts such as 'English Conversation' and 'Modern Life Myeongrihak,' 14 in culture and arts such as 'The Joy of Expression in Oil Painting,' and 16 in qualification acquisition such as 'Korean Cuisine Cooking Technician.'
The total number of recruits is 1,080, and the education will be conducted over 12 weeks from March 3 to April 28. The tuition fee per course ranges from 30,000 to 90,000 KRW, and material costs must be paid separately. Anyone aged 19 or older who is a resident of Yongin City can apply. Employees of companies located in the city, overseas Koreans, and marriage immigrants are also eligible to apply.

Students will be selected by random drawing, and remaining spots in courses during the additional recruitment period will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents of multi-child families with two or more children, including one minor child under 18, will receive a 30% discount on tuition fees.
