Prinker Korea Secures Exclusive Distribution Agreements for Europe and North America at CES 2025
Prinker Korea Inc. (CEO Taesik Yoon) participated in CES 2025, which showcased advanced technologies and products, unveiling the DIY makeup palette kiosk ‘Prinker POP’ developed to lead innovation, receiving great responses from attendees. Riding this momentum, the company plans to participate in the Halloween & Party Expo as well.
CES 2025 was held in Las Vegas from the 7th to the 10th, and under the slogan ‘Play Own Personalize (POP),’ Prinker Korea enabled on-site demonstrations of the world’s first customized palette printing interactive kiosk, ‘Prinker POP.’
‘Prinker POP’ allows users to find the optimal color before applying makeup by virtually trying on makeup on their own facial photos. Through the color board, users can select their unique or desired colors to try makeup. Therefore, before purchasing makeup products, users can test whether the chosen color matches their expectations or suits them, making it useful for everyday use as well as when optimal makeup is needed.
Especially when installed at various events and parties requiring makeup, it can be used effectively, and it is designed to be a competitive service offering for businesses where makeup is the main service.
According to Prinker Korea, since they are the first to introduce such a customized palette printing kiosk, about 3,000 visitors consecutively visited their booth at CES 2025 to experience it firsthand. In addition to ‘Prinker POP,’ they also introduced and demonstrated the digital tattoo printer lines ‘Prinker M’ and ‘Prinker S,’ which won innovation awards consecutively at CES 2022 and CES 2023. Despite an overall significant decrease in visitor numbers compared to previous CES events, the Prinker Korea booth remained bustling.
During CES 2025, Prinker Korea also achieved tangible results by signing contracts with VLC, which will serve as the general distributor for major North American electronics and consumer goods retailers, and IDCP, which will act as the general distributor for the EU region, opening large-scale export channels.
VLC is a major North American online and offline distributor targeting Walmart, Costco, Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, and others, while IDCP distributes mainly to major EU retailers such as Euronics and Mediamarkt. According to Prinker Korea, these companies have the competitiveness to expect annual sales of 4 million USD each. Additionally, many discussions and contract negotiations are underway with other small and medium-sized distributors, so further sales channels are expected to be secured.
The Halloween & Party Expo, the only exhibition where buyers and manufacturers interested in Halloween products gather to create business opportunities, will be held at the World Market Center in Las Vegas, the same venue as CES 2025, from the 13th to the 15th. Prinker Korea will also participate in this expo.
Especially since Prinker Korea’s tattoo printers and makeup kiosks are optimized for events and parties, the expo handling Halloween-related products is expected to be a great opportunity.
