This year, L&F plans to enhance productivity and profitability through digital transformation (DX) and internal process innovation, and strengthen its differentiated position in the market by diversifying its customer base.
In particular, L&F emphasized sustainable customer diversification through quality stability and product technology that exceed customer needs. Additionally, the company plans to foster a corporate culture that grows together with its employees and enhance social value through talent-centered ESG management.
Securing future growth engines will also be actively pursued. Based on its experience operating the LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) cathode pilot line, L&F is preparing for full-scale mass production in 2026 and plans to showcase related technologies at the 'InterBattery 2025' exhibition at COEX in March this year.
