Shinhan Life Sales Strategy Meeting Held
Shinhan Life announced on the 9th that it held a sales strategy meeting for successful sales competitiveness innovation.
The sales strategy meeting was attended by about 1,300 people, including Shinhan Life President Lee Young-jong, heads of each channel business group, and branch managers. It was held over three days from the 6th to the 8th, in the order of FC, DB, and B2B business groups.
At the first FC channel event held on the 6th at the Grand Hyatt Seoul in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Shinhan Life announced this year’s management strategy slogan as "Running toward Top 2, Value Up, Together!" and decided to achieve sales competitiveness innovation that changes the market landscape.

President Lee Young-jong said that he would actively support sales activation by continuously expanding sales competitiveness innovation carried out over the past two years, providing channel-specific specialized products and innovative products in a timely manner. He also emphasized continuously increasing new contract value by securing differentiated competitiveness through sales organization expansion, process improvement, and synergy between channels.
The attendees pledged to further enhance customer convenience through customer-centered business innovation by uniting the field and headquarters to continue the run toward the Top 2. They also committed to establishing an ethical sales culture through effective proactive internal control to become a company trusted by customers and society.
