Enhancing Resident Transportation Convenience
Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) will adjust the routes of three metropolitan bus lines (G6100, P9404, and 1205) starting from the 13th to enhance transportation convenience for citizens and improve access to major hubs.
According to Uijeongbu City on the 8th, this route adjustment is due to the opening of Seogwang-ro in the Gosan district, focusing on increasing the travel efficiency of citizens such as office workers commuting to Seoul and significantly improving transportation accessibility for residents moving into newly built apartments.
Specifically, ▲ Line G6100 will be adjusted by changing the up and down routes at the Gosan Sujain DSTG bus stop within the Gosan district and adding a stop at The Sharp Rhythm City. ▲ Line P9404 will add stops at Gosan The Rapiniel, Gosan Sujain DSTG Complex 1, and The Sharp Rhythm City. ▲ Line 1205 will add stops at Eoryong Station, LH Gyeonggi Northern Regional Headquarters, and The Sharp Rhythm City, while excluding the existing route stops at Gosan Sujain DSTG Complex 2 and Art Foret.
This is expected to improve transportation convenience for residents of newly built apartments in the Gosan district, including The Sharp Rhythm City, and enhance accessibility to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Gyeonggi Northern Regional Headquarters, contributing to the establishment of a balanced transportation system across regions.
