The foreign language support service is being piloted by first introducing it to the unmanned civil service issuance machine at Dosim Station, supporting four languages: Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai.
When users select their desired language on the first guidance screen of the unmanned civil service issuance machine, the process of issuing civil documents is guided in the selected foreign language, allowing foreigners who are not familiar with Korean to use it easily.
Based on the results of the pilot operation, the city plans to gradually expand the foreign language support service to other unmanned civil service issuance machines.
