They sang military songs and waved red warning lights and the Taegeukgi flag, shouting slogans such as "Protect Yoon Suk-yeol" and "Arrest Lee Jae-myung."
About 200 supporters also gathered at the entrance of Hannam Elementary School, which leads to the presidential residence. They shouted slogans like "Nullify impeachment" and "Dismiss impeachment." A video of Park Jong-jun, the head of the Presidential Security Service, reading a statement was repeatedly played from a rally truck, prompting cheers. Some participants, after a long rally, laid down on aluminum foil blankets and cardboard boxes and tried to sleep against the walls of residential areas.

At that time, the police blocked both sides of the road with 135 buses. Unlike then, when riot police with shields blocked the three pedestrian overpasses installed on Hannam-daero, people were free to come and go. However, alleys leading to the presidential residence and areas around the rally site were blocked with police buses and police lines.
In front of Ilsin Building, only 150 meters from Hannam Elementary School, the “Emergency Action for Immediate Resignation of Yoon Suk-yeol and Social Reform (Emergency Action)” group took their place. Since the failed execution of the arrest warrant on the 3rd, Emergency Action has been holding rallies and overnight vigils here. About 500 people stayed overnight the previous day and planned to resume the rally from 2 p.m. that day.

A large banner reading “Immediate Arrest and Detention of Traitor Yoon Suk-yeol!” was hung on the pedestrian overpass in front of Hannam Five-way Intersection. Hand signs with phrases such as “Dissolve the People Power Party” and “Immediate Resignation” were also posted around the overpass and sidewalks.
