On the 2nd, Gijang-gun, Busan, marked the official start of the 'Year of the Eulsa Year Government Office 2025' with a memorial ceremony honoring the spirits of the patriots at the Gijang Anti-Japanese Movement Monument.

Additionally, without holding a separate New Year's ceremony, Governor Jeong Jong-bok exchanged New Year's greetings and well-wishes with senior officials, reaffirming a renewed commitment to county administration for the year and pledging a vigorous new start.
Especially this year, marking the meaningful 30th anniversary of the county's reestablishment, the civilian, public, and political sectors have agreed to communicate closely and cooperate for Gijang-gun's new leap forward.
