View original imageOn the 1st, Cho Dongsik, Chairperson of the Seosan City Council in Chungnam, stated, "We will place emphasis on harmony, welfare enhancement, and revitalization of the local economy, and will carry out more proactive legislative activities to usher in a citizen-centered era."
In his New Year's address for 2025, the Eulsanyeon (Year of the Blue Snake), Chairperson Cho emphasized, "As the representative body of the citizens, the City Council will serve as one pillar of city administration and will do its utmost to represent the citizens' rightful voices so that ongoing projects move in the right direction."
He continued, "We promise to focus on citizen harmony, welfare enhancement, and revitalization of the local economy, and to engage in even more active legislative activities so that a citizen-centered era can begin."
He also added, "Without the interest and support of our citizens, none of this would be possible," and requested, "I ask for your continued interest, affection, constructive criticism, and encouragement in the future."
Chairperson Cho further stated, "In the upcoming Eulsanyeon, filled with the auspicious energy of the blue snake, I wish for a prosperous and blessed year in which the local economy regains stability and all your wishes are fulfilled."
