Vehicle Ramps Into Kkaebi Market in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul... At Least 10 Injured
A vehicle crashed into several people at Kkaebi Market in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
The Seoul Fire and Disaster Headquarters reported that at around 3:52 PM on the 31st, they received a report that a vehicle had rushed onto the road inside Kkaebi Market and struck multiple pedestrians, and they dispatched emergency responders.
According to the fire authorities, as of 4:45 PM that day, more than 10 injured people, including 4 with serious injuries, were transported to hospitals for treatment. All victims are reported to be in stable condition without life-threatening injuries.
