On the 20th, the Special Investigation Unit of the National Police Agency's Criminal Investigation Headquarters stated, "So far, out of the 12 attendees and participants at the State Council meeting during the declaration of martial law, we have investigated 9 individuals, excluding President Yoon Suk-yeol, former Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun, and Minister of Unification Kim Young-ho."
