Korean Landing BYD Partners with Woori Financial Capital... Support for Installments and More
Passenger Car Sales Scheduled for January Next Year
Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD has partnered with Woori Financial Capital to offer installment and other financial services in South Korea.
On the 19th, BYD Korea announced that it signed a financial business partnership with Woori Financial Capital on the 11th and will provide financial services to customers.
Through this, domestic customers purchasing new BYD vehicles will be offered financial programs that allow them to choose various payment periods and methods with benefits such as low-interest rates. BYD Korea, which recently established an official customer support center, plans to start selling passenger cars in January next year. Previously, BYD Korea entered the Korean market in 2016 and has been focusing on commercial vehicles such as electric forklifts, electric buses, and electric trucks.
