Jeonbuk Fire Department Conducts 'Fire Safety Inspection' at Multi-Use Facilities
Until the 10th of Next Month... Targeting 193 Locations Including Religious Facilities
The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Fire Headquarters (Chief Lee Osook) will conduct fire safety inspections on 193 densely populated facilities, including religious sites, until the 10th of next month.
According to Jeonbuk Fire Department on the 19th, this fire safety inspection was initiated to prevent casualties from safety accidents, as large crowds are expected to gather at religious facilities and accommodations during Christmas and the year-end season.

View original imageThe main inspection items include ▲checking the installation and maintenance status of firefighting facilities ▲verifying the closure or obstruction of evacuation and fire prevention facilities ▲and inspecting the operational status of firefighting equipment. In particular, thorough inspections will be conducted to ensure there are no functional issues with firefighting facilities or obstacles in evacuation routes.
Lee Osook, Chief of Jeonbuk Fire Headquarters, stated, "Since Christmas and the year-end season is a time when many people use religious and accommodation facilities, we will do our utmost to thoroughly inspect the safety status of these facilities through this fire safety inspection, eliminate potential hazards in advance, and ensure that visitors can enjoy a safe and pleasant holiday season."
