Changwon Facilities Corporation Receives Consumer-Centered Management Re-Certification for the Third Consecutive Time
Changwon Facilities Corporation in Gyeongnam announced on the 18th that it has received the 2024 Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification, hosted by the Fair Trade Commission.
Accordingly, the corporation has obtained re-certification for the third consecutive time following its initial certification in 2018 and subsequent certifications in 2020 and 2022.
The CCM certification is a nationally accredited system in which the Korea Consumer Agency evaluates whether a company organizes all its activities around consumers and continuously improves related management activities, and the Fair Trade Commission grants the certification.
In this evaluation, the corporation received high marks for operating various channels to collect consumer feedback (monitoring groups, citizen advisory groups, resident participatory budgeting system) and efforts to improve the customer service work environment through AI and digital transformation.
