Hanwha Aerospace Delivers K9 Self-Propelled Howitzers to Norway
4 K9 Self-Propelled Howitzers, 8 K10 Ammunition Resupply Armored Vehicles
Hanwha Aerospace announced on the 17th that it will deliver 4 K9 self-propelled howitzers and 8 K10 ammunition resupply armored vehicles to Norway.
The shipment this time was contracted with Norway in 2022, and it was loaded at Masan Port on the 15th and is expected to arrive in Norway around February next year.
Hanwha Aerospace will deliver the vehicles to the Norwegian military after basic condition and performance inspections.
Hanwha Aerospace signed an export contract worth approximately 243.3 billion KRW with the Norwegian Ministry of Defense in 2017 for 24 K9s and 6 K10s.

A Hanwha Aerospace official stated, "The K9s exported to Norway have proven excellent performance locally and are evaluated to have greatly contributed to the modernization of the Norwegian military," adding, "We plan to actively cooperate to strengthen defense industry cooperation between the two countries in the future."
