Jangseong-gun Selected as an 'Excellent Local Government' in Child Policy Impact Assessment
Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 11th that it was selected as an excellent local government in the '2024 Child Policy Impact Assessment' jointly conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Child Rights Protection Agency.
This assessment is a system that evaluates the impact of local governments' autonomous regulations, plans, and projects on children's rights and checks whether appropriate policies have been established and implemented.
The county received high evaluations for initiatives such as the 'Youth Allowance,' a pledge of the 8th elected administration, and the 'Ordinance on Jangseong-gun All-day Care Support,' enacted to eliminate blind spots in care for elementary school students.
