Hanwha Investment & Securities has received the certification four consecutive times since first obtaining it in 2018, based on the vision of "Going far with customers, adding happiness, and being a trusted financial partner," aiming to establish objective indicators within its internal system.
The Fair Trade Commission evaluated that Hanwha Investment & Securities has been steadily improving systems and services for consumers and is striving to practice consumer-centered management and pursue customer satisfaction through these efforts.
Based on a strong commitment to actively practicing CCM with customers as the top priority, Hanwha Investment & Securities has established and operates various consumer-related consultative bodies such as the 'CCM Operation Committee,' led by the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), to create a consumer-centered corporate culture. Additionally, through prior consultations with the CCM department, the company provides appropriate financial information to consumers via various channels. In particular, it received high praise for consistently fulfilling its social responsibility (CSR) by leveraging its characteristics as a financial company, such as offering financial and employment mentoring to students at specialized high schools through the 'Together Plus' program.
Lastly, the company was recognized for discovering excellent CCM cases to motivate and activate employees regarding CCM, as well as for continuously improving areas requiring enhancement during the re-certification process.
