Damyang-gun Recruiting 'Winter Vacation University Student Interns'
Applications Accepted from 5th to 12th... Work at County Office, Eup, and Myeon Offices
Jellanam-do Damyang-gun announced on the 5th that it is recruiting participants for the university student internship program during the winter vacation until the 12th for university students residing in the area.
This program is promoted to help local university students enhance their employment competitiveness through various workplace practical experiences during the vacation period and to provide economic independence experience.
Eligible participants are university students or students on leave who are registered residents of Damyang as of the announcement date. Applications must be submitted along with the required documents to the town or township office of the applicant's residence by the 12th after checking the announcement on the county website.
The county plans to select participants through document screening and interviews based on objective criteria such as academic background, certificates, and language test scores. The selected individuals will work at Damyang-gun Office and town or township offices for five weeks starting from January 2nd next year.

A county official stated, “Through acquiring practical knowledge in public administration and experiencing civil administration, participants can gain early social experience and identify any shortcomings or aptitudes in preparation for employment,” adding, “We look forward to the active participation of university students in the region.”
