Samyang Holdings Signals Concern Over Delisting of 1st Preferred Shares
Samyang Holdings announced on the 2nd that its Class 1 preferred shares are at risk of being delisted due to insufficient trading volume in the first half of this year. Samyang Holdings explained that the total trading volume until last month in the second half of this year is 32,734 shares (monthly average trading volume of 6,610 shares), and the required trading volume to resolve the shortfall is 27,266 shares. If the trading volume requirement is not met in the second half of this year, the delisting process will begin on January 2nd of next year. Samyang Holdings stated, "This market notice applies only to Samyang Holdings Class 1 preferred shares and does not apply to Samyang Holdings common shares."
