Mercedes-Benz Korea Completes 100-Day 'Startup Autobahn' Project
Selected 13 Startups for Technology Verification and Development Support
Mercedes-Benz Korea conducted an incubation program in which 13 startups from various fields such as electric vehicle charging systems and autonomous driving developed projects and verified technologies over approximately 100 days.
On the 2nd, Benz Korea announced that the participating companies of the 'Startup Autobahn Korea 2024' project held an 'Expo Day' on the 29th of last month to present their final results.
This year, a total of 13 startups from diverse fields including electric vehicle charging systems and batteries, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, autonomous driving, and simulation were selected as incubation startups for Startup Autobahn Korea. They dedicated themselves to project development and technology verification for about 100 days in collaboration with partners such as Benz Korea, LG Electronics, and Hanwha Systems.
Startup Autobahn is a global incubation program established by Mercedes-Benz’s German headquarters in 2016 to discover promising startups and build cooperative systems. In Korea, since its first event in 2020, 63 startups have been selected and supported over five years.
