In the vacant house survey, the basic status of vacant houses is identified and classified into grades 1 to 3 according to the condition of major structural parts and risk levels. The survey results confirmed that there are 813 vacant houses in the county: 53 houses in grade 1 (usable), 666 houses in grade 2 (management target), and 94 houses in grade 3 (maintenance target).
Through this service, Yecheon County plans to establish a vacant house maintenance plan in 2025 and seek systematic management and efficient measures for vacant houses.
