Hyundai Motor Securities disclosed yesterday that it has decided on a rights offering worth 200 billion KRW. The rights offering will be conducted through a shareholder allocation followed by a general public offering of unsubscribed shares, with 30.12 million new shares issued at 6,640 KRW per share.
