Genesis "Remote Diagnosis Alerts You to Vehicle Issues in Advance"
Genesis Launches 'Seonje Care' Service
To Be Applied in Overseas Countries Later
Genesis has launched a service that remotely diagnoses customers' vehicles in real time to notify them in advance of any malfunctions or abnormal conditions.
Genesis announced on the 25th that it has released this "Preemptive Care Service."
The Preemptive Care Service uses real-time remote diagnostic technology to proactively detect malfunctions and abnormal conditions occurring during vehicle operation and inform customers accordingly.
Customers can receive vehicle status notifications via the MyGenesis application (app) or text messages. If necessary, follow-up services such as emergency dispatch and towing are also provided along with a guidance call.
The Preemptive Care Service consists of "Safe Care," which detects vehicle malfunctions, and "Smart Care," which detects simple operational abnormalities other than vehicle malfunctions.
Genesis plans to sequentially introduce this service in major overseas countries starting next year. Detailed information can be found on the official Genesis website.
