The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 22nd that it won the Director of the National Human Resources Development Institute Award in the education curriculum category at the '42nd Public HRD Contest.'
Held over two days on the 20th and 21st at the National Human Resources Development Institute located in Jincheon, Chungbuk, this competition was promoted to share excellent teaching methods, curricula, and research achievements through contests in three fields: teaching and learning, research and development, and curriculum.

View original imageThe Small and Medium Business Corporation was selected for the Director of the National Human Resources Development Institute Award for its program titled ‘MZ Care Course to Cope with the Era of Mass Resignations,’ which was planned and operated to help new employees settle early and strengthen their capabilities.
Unlike the existing introductory training, which was mainly conducted as one-time group education, the Small and Medium Business Corporation explained that it received high praise for actively supporting new employees' job expertise and organizational adaptation by structuring the course in stages, including three weeks of education, multi-layered mentoring, and personalized intensive training.
