He explained, "I can understand if it's called Kongnamuljjim (steamed bean sprouts), but I don't understand when it's called Haemuljjim (steamed seafood) because bean sprouts make up 95% of it. Regarding leaving the Michelin 1-star restaurant he had built over 15 years, he said, "I already thought that life was over. I told myself to take on a new challenge. It was a good choice in my life," adding, "I love Korean food and Korea that much."
