Kim Yong-man, Chairman of Kim Ga-ne, Sent to Prosecution on Charges of Sexual Harassment of Female Employees
Kim Yong-man, chairman of Kim Ga-ne, who is accused of sexually assaulting a female employee, has been referred to the prosecution.
On the 18th, the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office announced that Chairman Kim was sent on charges of quasi-rape causing injury and sexual harassment by abuse of authority in the workplace (violation of the Sexual Violence Punishment Act).
Earlier, the Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul received a complaint against Chairman Kim in July and began an investigation.
