Korea National Oil Corporation (President Kim Dong-seop) received the Grand Prize in the public sector at the ‘2024 Korea Human Resources Development Awards’ hosted by the Korea HRD Association (Human Resources Development) on the 13th.

View original imageThe ‘Korea Human Resources Development Awards’ is the most prestigious award in the HRD field, established in 1995 to promote the development and expansion of human resources development and the advancement of educational culture in Korea.
KNOC earned the honor of receiving the Grand Prize this year in recognition of its efforts in systematically nurturing core talents through the operation of the ‘Oil and Gas Talent Development Academy’ and developing and operating job training centered on in-house experts.
In particular, the company received high praise for designing an educational system that allows employees to learn the knowledge necessary for their jobs through the ‘KNOC Exclusive Hall,’ which consolidates content on oil, renewable energy, and stockpiling technology.
