Life Semantics announced on the 13th that it is accelerating the overseas expansion of Dr. Call Thai through concrete discussions with Pharam 9 Hospital in Thailand (hereinafter referred to as "Rama 9 Hospital").
The company recently discussed cooperation plans for local services and sales support with local partners and officials from Rama 9 Hospital in Thailand.
Dr. Call Thai is a service that enables non-face-to-face medical consultations by linking with Naver LINE, the most widely used messenger among Thai people. It is gaining attention for its patient convenience and high level of security.
Rama 9 Hospital is a general tertiary hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. It is known as a large hospital that complies with international standards and holds JCI accreditation from the international medical evaluation organization, providing top-level safety and excellent medical services.
During the discussions, detailed plans were addressed, such as expanding Dr. Call Thai's existing PC web service functions to mobile web and app versions. Additionally, the service's completeness will be enhanced by adding real-time chat functions to video meetings.
According to the company, based on the current discussions, enhanced features are being added and design work is underway. This process will go through a Proof of Concept (PoC) within the year, leading to service application and commercialization.
