Gyeonggi Office of Education to Conduct 'Job Training' for Technical Public Officials Starting from the 12th
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education has prepared training that can flexibly respond to rapidly changing practical work environments and acquire construction technology field skills.
According to the memorandum of understanding signed last month with the Architectural Institute of Korea, the Office of Education announced that it will conduct customized, field-centered job training from the 12th to the 16th for about 240 low-experience technical public officials belonging to the Office of Education headquarters, 25 education support offices, affiliated institutions, and schools.
The main training contents include ▲job competency enhancement course ▲practical skills cultivation course ▲communication skills improvement course ▲field skills acquisition course.

The training is conducted on actual sites to allow participants to gain hands-on experience in supervision work.
Furthermore, by utilizing the human and material resources of the Architectural Institute of Korea, which belongs to universities, research institutes, construction companies, architectural offices, and government agencies related to architecture, it is expected that participants will acquire all construction technology experiences from both the public and private sectors.

Kim Gwi-tae, head of the Facilities Division at the Office of Education, said, "I hope this job training will be a good opportunity for low-experience technical public officials to take a step forward," adding, "We will make further efforts not only to support the strengthening of job competencies of technical public officials but also to build a better work environment and improve organizational culture."
