S&D Furniture Donates Kitchen Sinks to Low-Income Households in Jori-eup, Paju-si

View original imageSeong Si-yang, CEO of S&D Furniture and an active member of the local community security council, decided to donate after hearing the story of a low-income elderly living alone suffering from the aftereffects of Agent Orange, who was exposed to hygiene issues and safety risks due to poor living conditions.
The donated kitchen sinks gained additional significance as members of the Jori-eup Community Security Council volunteered to handle everything from dismantling to installation for the elderly living alone.
Seong Si-yang, CEO of S&D Furniture, said, “I prepared this donation with the hope of providing even a little help to the elderly facing difficulties,” adding, “As a member of the local community, I will continue sharing activities for our neighbors.”
Bong Sang-gyun, Mayor of Jori-eup, expressed gratitude to CEO Seong Si-yang for spreading positive influence and stated, “Jori-eup will also actively support vulnerable groups in the community to overcome their hardships.”
