Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 6th that it will conduct the "2024 Household and Housing Basic Survey" from the 8th to the 27th.
This survey will serve as important data for accurately setting survey districts and constructing sampling frames for the 2025 Population and Housing Census and the 2025 Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Census.
The survey targets all households and dwellings within the region as of the reference date (0:00 on November 1, 2024), including vacant houses. A total of 19 personnel will be deployed for the survey, including 2 survey managers, 1 survey support staff, and 16 surveyors, all selected through an open recruitment process by Sancheong-gun.
The survey items include 14 categories such as address, type of dwelling, construction period, and form of residential facility. Apartments built between 5 and less than 30 years ago, for which administrative and spatial data can be utilized, are excluded from the on-site survey.
The survey method involves 16 surveyors visiting in person with tablets to verify the site or conducting household interviews.
