DevSisters Reports 10.7 Billion KRW in Q3 Revenue, Up 107%... Operating Profit Turns Positive
DevSisters announced on the 6th that its consolidated sales for the third quarter of this year reached 72 billion KRW, a 107.28% increase compared to the same period last year. Operating profit turned positive to 13.4 billion KRW compared to the previous year’s same period.
The company stated that Cookie Run: OvenBreak led the improvement in this quarter’s performance. Cookie Run: OvenBreak introduced new content ranging from single-player to new cooperative play. It is enhancing user satisfaction by communicating with users and improving the system.
So far, the game’s cumulative sales have reached 50 billion KRW, and downloads have exceeded 6 million. Going forward, the company plans to focus on applying new content and strengthening promotions to expand its user base.
DevSisters intends to actively expand overseas sales by broadening its base with game titles tailored to the characteristics of each global region. While putting final touches on services for India within the year, Cookie Run: OvenBreak will accelerate preparations for local entry in Japan in collaboration with the Japanese publisher Yostar.
