Yangsan City in Gyeongnam held a communication and collaboration lecture for its employees at the November regular meeting.
The lecture, titled "How to Create a Good Workplace through Communication," was conducted by Choi Ji-hoon, director of the Korea Service Talent Development Institute.
In the lecture, Director Choi explained how communication quality significantly impacts organizational performance and culture. He emphasized the importance of communication, stating, "Effective communication spreads a positive organizational culture, which ultimately contributes to improving members' work performance."
He also presented specific strategies and techniques to cultivate a collaborative mindset, outlining the direction Yangsan City should take.
In particular, the lecture introduced three superpowers for creating a positive organizational culture: respect, dialogue, and trust. Through the lecture, attendees deeply understood how an environment of mutual respect and cooperation can promote organizational innovation and development.
