Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) received a commendation from the Mayor of Busan after being selected as a childbirth-friendly company at the 17th 'Multichild Family Day' event hosted by Busan City.
'Multichild Family Day' was designated by Busan City on November 1st starting in 2008.
HF operates systems to encourage childbirth, including ▲child allowance ▲childbirth congratulatory points ▲maternity protection time, and to alleviate the burden of child-rearing, it has established and operates systems such as ▲its own workplace daycare center ▲reduced working hours during childcare periods, striving to create a childbirth- and child-rearing-friendly work environment.
