Samcheok City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, which promotes itself as a "Pet-Friendly City," announced on the 31st that it will hold the "Stray Animal Meeting Day" event at Isabu Square on November 2nd at 1 PM.
This event was organized to provide citizens with the opportunity to directly meet and experience stray animals in order to improve public awareness about stray animals and spread the adoption culture. Samcheok City believes that this event will serve as a chance to contribute to the promotion of animal protection and welfare.
