Korea Housing Finance Corporation Freezes November Bogeumjari Loan Interest Rates
Minimum Annual Interest Rate of 2.95% to 3.25% by Maturity with Preferential Rate Applied
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Kim Kyunghwan) announced on the 29th that it will freeze the interest rates for November on the long-term, fixed-rate, installment repayment mortgage loan product, 'Bogeumjari Loan.'
Accordingly, the 'Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan' will apply rates ranging from 3.95% per annum (10 years) to 4.25% per annum (50 years).

For low-income youth, newlywed households, socially disadvantaged groups (such as persons with disabilities and single-parent families), and victims of jeonse fraud, an additional preferential interest rate (up to 1.0 percentage point) is applied, resulting in the lowest rates of 2.95% per annum (10 years) to 3.25% per annum (50 years).
