However, they explained, "The growth trend centered on high-value-added products will continue with the expansion of product supply in high-end multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) and flip chip ball grid array (FC-BGA), which are growth areas the company is focusing on, such as automotive electronics and artificial intelligence (AI) servers."
They added, "The high growth of AI servers is continuing, and with the expectation of the spread of on-device AI in PCs and smartphones, sales of related products such as MLCCs and substrates, as well as expansion of automotive electronics products, are expected to continue, leading to growth next year compared to this year."
