At Seonbi Sesang in Yeongju, Gyeongbuk, a one-day cooking class will be held every Saturday in November.
This cooking class is a special experience program connecting tradition and modernity, with each class featuring a unique menu.
The November cooking classes are themed "Yeongju's Representative Specialty Products and Traditional Fusion Desserts." On the 2nd, participants can experience making "Punggi Susammari" and "Yeongju Apple Cheese Canap?."
In addition, there are various menus such as "Baeksulgi Cup Steamed Cake," "Yeongju Rice Garaetteok Pepero," and "Yakgwa Macaron," which reinterpret traditional foods in a modern way. There are also diverse dishes using Yeongju's specialty apples, including "Apple Caramel Parfait" and "Baked Apple."
