Exchange Holds CEO Meeting for KOSDAQ Listed Companies

The Korea Exchange announced on the 28th that it held the '2024 KOSDAQ Listed Companies CEO Meeting.'
This meeting was organized to enhance understanding of the overall value-up disclosure procedures aimed at resolving the Korea discount (undervaluation of the Korean stock market) for KOSDAQ listed companies and to share market conditions.
At the event, explanations were provided to CEOs of leading KOSDAQ listed companies regarding the progress and cases of promoting the 'Corporate Value Enhancement Plan Disclosure' and important points to note in disclosures.
