Birdwatching Tour for Migratory Birds in the City... Ulsan City Operates Birdwatching Bus

The migratory birdwatching travel season has arrived in Ulsan.
Ulsan City announced that from November 1 to February 28, a winter migratory birdwatching bus will operate every Wednesday through Sunday with various themes.
The birdwatching programs are conducted according to the day of the week. On Wednesdays, under the theme "I want to meet you, eagle," participants will watch eagles at Seonbawi Park, Mangseong Village, and the Ipam-ri fields. On Thursdays, the program titled "Exploring the paradise wetlands of birds" involves observing wetland birds under Naehwanggyo Bridge and Myeongchon Bridge, followed by winter migratory birdwatching at Taehwagang Observatory.
On Fridays, the program called "Meeting ducks at the lake" includes observing ducks and winter migratory birds at Duhyeon Reservoir and Seonam Lake Park. Saturdays feature "Historical travel with birds," visiting Seokgye Seowon and Ulsan Folk Museum to explore birds and cultural heritage sites. Sundays offer a full-day program titled "Migratory Bird Park Sparrow Birdwatching Travel," observing migratory birds at Daewangam Park and Ulsan Bridge Observatory.
From Wednesday to Saturday, the programs operate twice daily at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. The birdwatching bus departs from the first auxiliary parking lot of Taehwagang National Garden. Participants must be at least 3 years old, able to wear a seatbelt, and have personal accident insurance.
Applications can be made on the Taehwagang Ecotourism Council website, with a first-come, first-served limit of 12 people per session. For more details, inquiries can be made at the Taehwagang Exploration Information Center.
